Returns
Faulty or wrongly supplied, we sort it. Changed your mind? You have 10 days from delivery if it is unopened, with return freight and a 20% restocking fee. Read the terms.
Thermann small electric (25L and 50L): 7 year tank, 1 year parts and labour.
The labour cover depends on who installs it. Manufacturers only honour it when the cylinder was connected by a licensed plumber. We are one, so if we fit it the full warranty stands.
