Free delivery in Auckland.
A cylinder weighs more than a person can safely carry and it dents if it is dropped, so we agree a day with you rather than have it turn up unannounced.
Where we deliver
Free to any Auckland address. Elsewhere in New Zealand it is $30 per order: everything you buy comes in the one delivery, so valves and pipe add nothing to it. Orders with a heat pump deliver free anywhere. It goes out from the nearest plumbing trade branch to the address you give us, and we agree a day with you first rather than having it turned up unannounced. Ordering a Haier heat pump outside Auckland? Please email us first so we can check stock before you pay — Haier comes through a different supplier and regional stock varies.
How long: usually 5–10 working days from your order. Stock differs from branch to branch, so we quote the time it takes to order a unit in and send it on. Need it sooner? Email us before you order and we will check what is on the shelf near you.
Pick up instead
Collect free from one of 30 pickup points from Whangarei to Balclutha — choose it at checkout. We send the order there and tell you when it is ready. Bring a vehicle that fits it and someone to help lift.
Payment
Pay online at checkout. Card payments are taken by Stripe, so we never see your card details. Every price on this site includes GST, and Stripe emails a receipt straight away. We then order the unit for you and ring to agree the delivery day. Prefer to pay by bank transfer? Call or email us and we will send an invoice instead.
If something is wrong with it
Check it over when it arrives. If a unit is dented or damaged, tell us the same day and we replace it — do not install it. Manufacturer warranty is handled through us as well, so you deal with us rather than chasing the brand yourself.
Installation
Quoted separately, because it genuinely depends on your site — the pipework, the electrical supply, and how easy the old one is to get out. We install across Auckland: tick the install box on any product page and we will come and look. Outside Auckland, or if you would rather, use your own plumber. Either is fine.
